Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Promotional Initiative
“CALENDARIO DELL’AVVENTO”
Art. 1 Promoting Entities
The company Castel Guelfo I S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Viale Monte Santo 1/3, Tax Code and registration number with the Milan Companies Register 03317650962, in association with Neptune Vicolungo I S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Viale Monte Santo 1/3, Tax Code and registration number with the Milan Companies Register 0552986096, and the company Neinver S.A., VAT No. A31038136, with registered office at Avenida Pío XII 44, 2º Planta, Edif. Oficinas 28016 Madrid, Spain, registered with the Madrid Companies Register (Volume 5,720, Sheet 210, Section 8, Page M-93.606), are responsible for organizing the “ADVENT CALENDAR” initiative, accessible via the websites vicolungo.thestyleoutlets.it and castel-guelfo.thestyleoutlets.it, or through the free “The Style Outlets” App available on the App Store and Google Play.
The initiative consists of a skill-based game in which participants meeting the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms (the “Participants”) may win what is stated in Art. 9.
Hereinafter, The Style Outlets and Neinver shall be referred to as the “Promoting Entities”.

Art. 3 Name of the Initiative
“CALENDARIO DELL’AVVENTO” (hereinafter, the “Initiative”).
Art. 4 Purpose of the Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the participation requirements for the Initiative and must be accepted and complied with by Participants.
Art. 5 Participants
All individuals meeting the following requirements (the “Participants”) may take part in the Initiative:
i. be of legal age and not declared legally incapable;
ii. not be employees, interns or contractors of the Promoting Entities nor of any other company within the group of which Neinver is the parent company, nor of any company involved in organizing or developing the Initiative, nor be a direct relative or a relative up to the third degree of consanguinity/affinity of any such persons;
iii. hold a Neinver user account granting access to the Digital Services offered and enabling access to one of the following addresses:
vicolungo.thestyleoutlets.it and castel-guelfo.thestyleoutlets.it, or via the free “The Style Outlets” App;
iv. be registered for the prize operation “CLUB LIFESTYLERS” (Style Club) promoted by Neptune Vicolungo I S.r.l., in association with Castel Guelfo I S.r.l.;
v. have accepted these Terms;
vi. not have committed fraud, nor damaged the image or good name of the Promoting Entities, nor violated any provision of these Terms, nor interfered in any way with the regular functioning of the Initiative.
The Promoting Entities reserve the right to conduct all necessary checks to ensure that Participants meet the above requirements. In case of proven irregularities, the Participant will lose the right to receive any Prize.
Participation in the Initiative is free of charge, except for internet connection costs borne by the Participant. No purchase and/or sale of products is required for participation.
Art. 6 Duration and Territorial Scope
The Initiative will take place from 00:01 on 1 December 2025 to 23:59 on 24 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
The Initiative will be available only within Italian territory.
Art. 7 How to Participate
All Participants as described in Art. 5 holding a Neinver user account will be entitled to participate according to the method described below.
Participants may access the Initiative via:
vicolungo.thestyleoutlets.it, castel-guelfo.thestyleoutlets.it, or via the free “The Style Outlets” App.
To do so, Participants must access the skill game and, upon accepting the Terms, may begin the game consisting of a series of rounds, detailed as follows:
i. When progressing from one phase to the next, Participants will accumulate points.
ii. At the start of each round, Participants will have one or more lives, depending on the game, and will lose one life for each mistake. The final score will be the score achieved when the last life is lost in their last game.
iii. Points obtained in the various rounds are not cumulative.
iv. Daily points will be automatically converted into “Style Club Points”.
Each day of the period indicated, each Neinver account holder may access the activity section, where 24 boxes corresponding to the playable days (1–24 December 2025) will be available.
Each day, the Participant may click on the box corresponding to the current date (past or future days will not be clickable). Upon acceptance of the Terms, the Participant will enter a gaming application featuring “daily digital games”.
Points, automatically converted into “Style Club Points”, will be valid for the “CLUB LIFESTYLERS” prize operation and accumulated in the Participant’s personal “STYLE CLUB” reserved area.
Style Club Points are personal, non-transferable and may be checked at any time.
During the entire Promotional Period, each Participant may convert A MAXIMUM OF 450 POINTS into “Style Club Points” (1 point = 1 Style Club Point). Additional points will not give entitlement to additional Style Club Points.
Additional details:
BY NO LATER THAN 31 JANUARY 2026, for every 150 accumulated Style Club Points, Participants may convert and redeem a €5 shopping voucher, as per the “CLUB LIFESTYLERS” prize operation rules.
Throughout the Promotional Period, Participants may convert a maximum of 450 points into Style Club Points and obtain a maximum of three €5 vouchers.
Should Participants be found using fraudulent means or violating the Initiative’s proper functioning, they will lose any right to the prize. The Organizing Company reserves the right to take action, in accordance with applicable laws, to prevent and inhibit any activity intended to circumvent the system and mechanics of the Initiative.
Art. 9 Prizes
STYLE CLUB POINTS redeemable within the “CLUB LIFESTYLERS” prize operation.
Art. 10 Participant License
The Promoting Entities will grant each Participant a license for the viewing and use, as end user, of the game and other designs, creative assets, elements or goods relating to the Initiative, in executable form. This license is non-transferable, territorially unrestricted, limited to the validity period of the Initiative and solely intended to allow the Participant to take part in the Initiative.
Any other use of the game, designs, creative assets, objects or goods relating to the Initiative is strictly prohibited. The Participant will be held liable for any damage arising from improper use.
Art. 11 Communication of the Initiative
A) The advertising message will comply with these Terms.
The Initiative will be publicized through:
internal media at Vicolungo The Style Outlets and Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets: internal radio, posters, internal totems;
online: the websites https://vicolungo.thestyleoutlets.it/it and https://castel-guelfo.thestyleoutlets.it, the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok profiles of both centers, and through a dedicated web communication campaign.
The Terms may be consulted on the websites listed above.
All promotional and informational material will indicate the participation conditions, the duration, and reference to these Terms.
B) The Promoting Entities reserve the right to make improvements or changes to the Terms or prizes; such changes will be communicated in the manner and timing required by current regulations.
Art. 12 Liability
The Promoting Entities and their suppliers, contractors, collaborators, agents and distributors shall be released from any liability for loss or damage to property or any other type attributable to Participants due to actions or omissions not imputable to them. In particular, the Promoting Entities shall not be liable for losses or damages caused by the companies collaborating in connection with any prize.
The Promoting Entities shall be fully released from any liability arising from Participants' actions.
The Promoting Entities shall not be liable for events beyond their control, including but not limited to access issues, malfunctions or difficulties involving technical tools, cables, electronics, software, hardware, transmission and connection, telephone or data lines that may prevent Participants from joining the Initiative.
Art. 13 Final Notes
By participating in the Initiative, Customers accept that the Promoting Entities may conduct checks to ensure proper functioning and the absence of Participant misconduct. In case of a violation of the Terms, the Participant will be automatically excluded. Any attempt at fraud or inaccurate/false statements results in immediate cancellation from the Initiative.
Participation is free of charge. Internet connection costs are borne by the Participant and are not increased due to participation.
The Promoting Entities do not act as Internet Providers and derive no profit from the connection; they receive no financial gain from the Initiative. They accept no liability for problems related to access, impediments, malfunctions, or difficulties involving technical tools, telephone lines, electronics, software, hardware, the internet connection or transmission that may hinder participation.
Art. 14 Amendments or Additions to the Terms
The Promoting Entities, through the Delegated Party, aware that publication of these Terms constitutes a public promise under Articles 1989 to 1991 of the Italian Civil Code, reserve the right to amend or supplement the content of these Terms. Should this be necessary, amendments will not prejudice consumer rights and will be communicated in the same manner as these Terms or by equivalent means.
Art. 15 Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Neinver’s Privacy Policy, available at:

Participants must read and understand the Privacy Policy before joining the Initiative.
Vicolungo The Style Outlets and Castel Guelfo The Style Outlets will not process Participants’ personal data and accept no responsibility for such data.
17. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the prize Initiative implies acceptance of these Terms.
18. Competent Court and Applicable Law
Any dispute arising in relation to the Initiative and these Terms shall be governed by Italian law and resolved before the courts having jurisdiction according to applicable law.
It is specified that the Initiative does not fall within the scope of promotional initiatives subject to the rules on prize competitions under Presidential Decree 430/2001.
