Dear customer, 

We take the privacy and security of your personal data seriously, and we want to keep you informed about any issue that may affect you. Unfortunately, we have identified a security incident resulting from a cyberattack, which temporarily affected the availability of certain files stored in our systems.   

Despite our security measures, an unauthorized third party accessed certain of our systems and encrypted limited information. This incident may have affected your personal data as our customer. The categories of personal data that may have been affected include basic data, contact information and profile information. Based on the information currently available, there is no evidence that this data has been extracted from our systems. 

Immediately after detecting the incident, we implemented containment and remediation measures to limit and mitigate its effects. These measures include, among others, shut down of our systems and the introduction of additional security sign-in protections. We continue to monitor our systems and are working with national data protection authorities and external experts to ensure the incident is properly addressed and resolved.  

Based on the information currently available, we do not consider that this incident likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms.  

However, we recommend that you remain vigilant regarding suspicious communications or requests for unusual actions, avoid clicking on links or opening attachments from unknown or unexpected sources.
